Commercial Property Solicitor-£50k-£60k- North-West Kent
This is an exciting vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work for one of the leading law firms in South East England.
They are looking for an experienced lawyer to bring their legal and marketing skills to a strategic regional office in South East London with the ability to take full advantage of the investment and commercial opportunities flowing into the region with 2012 in mind and the future.
They are seeking a commercially focused team player with the technical skills and experience to get involved in handling acquisition, disposal and letting of all types of commercial property, landlord and tenant, regeneration and corporate support.
The successful candidate will enjoy all the support and infrastructure of a large well established firm including specialist construction, litigation and PSL support.
