Big name firm in Kent seeks another partner to assist with running of one the, if not the largest property departments in the region. The team is well led and well managed already, but additional 'top cover' and an ability to coach others to achieve their full potential would be a valuable addition to the mix. The successful candidate will enjoy all the support and infrastructure of a large well established firm including specialist construction, litigation and PSL support for the property group. This firm is very solid and has previously seen tough economic times as an opportunity to recruit impressive lawyers who would be hard to come by in the boom times.
