SENIOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 3 TO 5 YRS PQE
LOCATION: EAST YORKSHIRE

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- You must have at least 3years PQE in commercial property
- Broad mix of experience across freehold and leasehold acquisitions and landlord and tenant matters.
- Work as part of a close knit and established team
- Excellent communication skills
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience of business development and marketing to build client base in commercial property
- Ambition to drive career in busy commercial property department
- Experience gained from a busy commercial property office
ROLE INFORMATION:
- You will ideally have a broad mix of commercial property experience
- Freehold and Leasehold acquisitions
- Landlord and Tenant work,
- You will have sound commercial awareness to help assist in marketing the commercial property department as well.
