A Real Estate Solicitor (3+ yrs PQE) who has good knowledge of working with Developers is required for a growing Hull law firm. Salary up to £60k.
The Client: Our client is highly innovative and well established law firm that employs over 100 professional and highly skilled lawyers at their growing office. This firms success is ever-growing and they have been recognised and recommended by the leading guides to the legal profession for England and Wales.
The Role: Candidates must have a good working knowledge of Real Estate law. The successful applicant will act for developers in site assembly, including negotiating conditional
contracts and options and be familiar with the investigation of both registered and unregistered titles. A desire to develop personally and as part of a team is required. Also candidates should be keen to market the department and the Firm and should easily be able to engage with clients and contacts in a professional and friendly manner.
