Our client requires a commercial property solicitor with 3 years PQE + to join there commercial property department based in Hertfordshire. They are ideally located for easy access to the M25 and major rail links. They have been established for a number of years and in that time have built a reputation on being large enough to have the expertise to cover the client's needs whilst being small enough to have the personal touch. .

You will be dealing with your own caseload of varied commercial property matters
There commercial property team specialises in the following areas:
Acquisition - disposal management - Buying, selling and leasing Shops, Offices, Factories, Warehouses, and Licensed Premises - Dealing Residential and Commercial Developments and Joint Venture Contracts. They also act for a number of leading Banks, Merchant Banks and Building Societies
