With reputable partners vastly experienced in the housebuilding sector, advising on high profile investment projects and winning instructions on a number of new projects in the hotels field.
THE OPPORTUNITY
With plans for future growth well on the agenda, there is now an opening for a real estate lawyer in their St. Albans office. The focus will be development and investment work drawing other specialist expertise from their real estate finance, planning, construction and litigation teams.
The big selling point of this role is the excellent quality work coupled with the excellent support systems in place from their other offices. But more importantly the location is a big plus - just 30 minutes from Central London.
