Joining this large firm will provide you with the platform required to establish and build a successful Social Housing team in the coming years. The firm already has a large social housing team in another of it's office locations so the addition of a new team will help in providing national coverage. With many firms licking their wounds in reaction to the economic climate, this dynamic forwarding thinking firm continues to hold it's head high, looking to the horizon for the next opportunity. One of the many opportunities identified is to further expand it's already large and successful social housing department. The team which is based in one of the firm's other office locations, is keen to establish and build a team in their south east office. The main focus for the new team will be to attract and retain work from local authorities and housing associations in the south. This is a significant investment on behalf of the firm and one that they know will take a number of years to get up to full speed. If you are interested in talking to a firm with ambitious plans and a clear vision for the future then please contact me Sam Forsyth on (phone number removed) or email me at (email address removed)
