A fantastic opportunity to join one of the South East's leading law firm's based in central Southampton. The practice has a well established reputation in the regional legal market for being not only an excellent choice for clients, but for employees also.
We are looking to fill the position of Senior Plot Sales Conveyancer which involves both fee-earning and the supervision of others.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Handling plot sales transactions from start to finish
ensuring that paperwork is completed to deadlines
Dealing with all enquiries regarding transactions
Handling the pre and post exchange work
Handling the financial aspects of exchange and completion
Dealing with management company handovers
Assisting and liaising with fee earners responsible for part-exchange transactions
Managing the Plot Sales Administration Assistants to allocate work and giving guidance on prioritising work to provide the required level of support to the department
