Our client currently seeks a Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team based in Southampton.
Our client's Commercial Property and Planning department has an outstanding reputation for providing the highest quality professional advice.
The Commercial Property team's expanding workload and continued growth means that the Department has a vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years recent relevant experience.
A suitable candidate will be able to show ability, drive and determination to join this successful Department.
The varied and interesting caseload will involve a full range of work including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, options and pre-emptions, development work and general portfolio work. This role will involve acting for a range of clients, both local and national.
