Commercial Property Solicitor - SOUTHAMPTON
Our client is one of the most prominent Legal Practices in Southampton and they currently have a varied and interesting opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Commercial Property Team based in Southampton.
Our clients Commercial Property practice is long established and enjoys a wealth of good long-standing clients that include, by example, a conservation charity, major regional lender, a number of private developers and a nationwide network of petrol retail stations. The team is often involved in work relating to marine developments including several major SEEDA controlled projects in the region, investment acquisitions and disposals and a variety of Landlord and Tenant and has a reputation for it's capability in handling the more complex transactions.
Due to an increasing client base, the team is undergoing major investment and the individual who fills this role should be a person who is versatile and will enjoy involvement in a wide range of property transactions and has the drive to succeed as part of a team and be committed to developing relationships with both existing and new clients. A driven individual who is keen to be involved in business development would be ideal.

Experience of working in an established commercial property department, with a high level of knowledge regarding investment acquisitions and disposals and a variety of Landlord and Tenant matters is essential.
