Leading regional law firm with an excellent reputation in Commercial Property has an opening for an experienced legal secretary to join their high performing team in Southampton.
Your role will involve providing support to Partners and lawyers with audio and copy typing, diary management and other secretarial and administrative duties. As a commercial property secretary you will also complete various pre-completion searches, stamp duty applications and registration of properties.
You will have previous legal secretarial experience, ideally gained within Commercial Property, however this is not essential. You must however have excellent communication and IT skills.
