We have been instructed to assist with the recruitment of a suitable qualified solicitor for there commercial property department based in their Hampshire office. Candidate specification:
·1 year + PQE dealing with commercial property
·Sound employment record gained in a city, national or large regional practice
Key responsibilities
·Acquisition - disposal management
·Buying, selling and leasing Shops, Offices, Factories, Warehouses, and Licensed Premises
·Due diligence
·Investment projects
·Dealing Residential and Commercial Developments and Joint Venture Contracts.
·Act for a number of leading Banks, Merchant Banks and Building Societies
