Private practice requires an experience 4 to 5 year PQE property solicitor to work on a comprehensive caseload transactions, development, finance, freehold and leasehold files. The role is based with in a department working on regional and national clients ranging from banks, investors to retail businesses and property companies.
Strong technical skills will be required, likely to have been gained in a regional private practice, good drafting skills , excellent client management abilities as well as being able to assist more senior fee earners on high value and often complex commercial property and development work.
Salary dependent upon experience.
