This multi award winning leading top 100 Law firm has a new requirement for a real estate/ commercial property lawyer to join its Manchester office. The firm have been steadily growing and have exciting and ambitious plans for growth. And as one of the profession's biggest real estate litigation teams it is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied and impressive client base, including well known national retailers and other end users of commercial property, and investment landlords.
Our client currently services developers (regional, national and international), investors, charities and institutional clients and is looking to add expertise in the following areas: Residential Development, Industrial/Retail/Leisure/Public Sector, Joint Ventures, Planning, Property Finance, Property Investment and Property Litigation.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally you will have trained with a leading regional, national and or city practice. You will run your own caseload, have strong general commercial property experience and be comfortable in a client facing role. It will be key that you can demonstrate the right attitude, bring a confident following and have a desire to business develop and contribute to the firm's continued success.
