Senior non fee earning commercial property role - Manchester.
This firm is known nationally for its strength in commercial property, and property finance in particular. The national team has a large team of fee earners handling volume commercial lending work for major banks.
The Manchester team has identified the need to recruit a senior commercial property/property finance lawyer, to oversee a team of paralegals. This is a non fee earning role, to provide technical guidance and support on daily issues arising from files, and to play a wider role in evaluating processes and policies, conducting audits and ensuring a drive for best practice and continuous improvement.
Due to the fast paced environment the chosen candidate will work in, a commercial mind and ability to make quick decisions is key. Commercial lending/secured lending candidates and property finance lawyers would be preferred, but a commercial property lawyer with a good understanding of working with high profile banking clients will also be equally considered.
For someone with strong people skills and supervisory experience working in the commercial property field, this is an excellent opportunity to move into a senior non fee earning role in private practice. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
