Residential Conveyancer Bury £35,000 or £DOE
Applicant must be self motivated, able to work without supervision, dependable, and enjoy being busy and part of a small team. Traditional firm with a lot of customer contact, so client care is very important as business comes very much from recommendations. Can be flexible regarding working days could be 3-4 or full time.
You will be leading a team of fee earners holding the requisite passion to lead the firm into 2008. You will look to build on the success of 2007 by developing leads within a department that already has a property branch that brings in work to the firm.
Standard duties exist, but the role suits someone who is affable, a team player and a natural leader.
