Social Housing Property Litigation Solicitor 2-4 years
Manchester based well managed, progressive firm with a core presence in public sector markets is now looking to bolster the team with a number of key recruits.
In recent months the firm has developed a number of new work avenues. The firm's social housing practice is one of the best in the region and a key part of the firm, working with major registered providers, housing associations and other housing management bodies, providing for them the full suite of legal services.
As the result of a significant and sustained increase in new work flows the team now needs to recruit a specialist property litigation solicitor with solid experience within this field.
The successful candidate must be experienced in housing litigation law and have acted for social housing providers.
Applicants must be experienced in all areas of tenancy enforcement matters including possession actions, ASBIs and ASBOs, disrepair, service charge disputes, tenancy variation matters and housing policy.
This is a well managed firm with a robust business model that has seen substantial growth over the past. There is also a genuine opportunity for people to really make their mark within the practice.
