Commercial Securities Paralegal, Manchester

A Paralegal is wanted to manage a sale only caseload of residential and commercial properties. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience. An award winning UK law firm my client provides a wide range of private client and business legal services to private individuals, businesses, charities, institutions and organisations.

The Commercial Securities Paralegal will act for a blue chip client base, managing residential and commercial property sales to conclusion. Day to day duties will include the accurate drafting and issue of sales contracts and supporting documents, the efficient management of your own caseload of repossession and assisted voluntary sales files from instruction to completion and post completion, the review of residential and commercial property titles to ensure title is in good order prior to issuing contracts and the rectification of any title problems in an efficient and pragmatic way.

Applications are invited from Property Paralegals who are looking to apply their skills within a leading UK law firm. Candidates will have at least 12 months conveyancing experience managing property sales with residential and/or commercial property title review.

Excellent Manchester based conveyancing role. Salary negotiable.
