The real estate practice has status and substance. External commentators often refer to them as one of the largest real estate practices and there are very few firms that have such a varied portfolio of work. The team includes leading experts working on virtually every form of major infrastructure and development project in the market today; shaping the law and delivering the projects that matter.
The role is in our core real estate team, acting for landlords and tenants, for a combination of corporate entities and privately owned property companies. You will support the team's development lawyers, working on substantial regeneration projects. You will support the firms corporate, banking and restructuring teams. You will need to have a sound technical knowledge, a commercial background and a good understanding of commercial landlord and tenant to fulfill this role. Ideally you will be between 2-3 years qualified . You will respond quickly to instructions, able to work under pressure and to manage a number competing projects at any one time.
