COMMERCIAL PROPERTY / REAL ESATE SOLICITOR SOUTH MANCHESTER - £ to £100k + Full Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to join a highly regarded Lexcel accredited commercial practice in South Manchester. The firm are a forward thinking and progressive regional firm with branches all over the North-West. They have been steadily expanding and have exciting and ambitious plans for growth which they are committed to achieving with the addition of a Commercial Property Lawyer.
The firm are fully committed to the training and personal development of all their employees and embrace innovative ways of working. Their clients consist of property developers, multi-site retailers and UK Corporations. The role will include buying or selling land, landlord and tenant work, large scale development, property finance, establishing property joint ventures, compulsory purchase and environmental issues.


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will have strong general commercial property experience as well as experience in corporate support and landlord and tenant work. You will be comfortable in a client facing role carrying out meetings with occupiers, developers, investors and (web address removed) will be key that you can demonstrate the right attitude and have a desire to business develop and contribute to the firm's continued success.
