Niche non-contentious private practice seeks a commercial property lawyer NQ+ years PQE to join their team. Must be self motivated, able to work without supervision, dependable, and enjoy being busy and part of a small team.
Traditional firm with a lot of customer contact, so client care is very important as business comes very much from recommendations.
Duties include
·Sale or purchase of land and business premises
·Commercial leases acting for both landlord and tenant
·Secured property lending and borrowing
·Development site assembly amalgamation of property titles, main roads connect (The blank canvass) agreements with council for drains etc.
·Residential developments and associated plot sales
·Commercial developments
·Landlord and tenant work
An excellent opportunity for an NQ with a passion for commercial property or a more experienced candidate seeking to take over the reigns of a very Senior player within the market.
