Commercial Property Lawyer

We are seeking a commercial property lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE and based in the Lancashire market to join this well established North West firm.

The commercial property team at this highly respected firm has an excellent reputation for handling a broad mix of commercial property work for a loyal client base of SME/PLC clients. Due to an increase in work and expansion the firm is now looking for a solicitor, ideally at the 3-5 year PQE level, to work directly with the partners on big ticket work.

This role can offer top quality work and a real opportunity to progress within a highly performing commercial property team. A background in commercial property with a well known firm, strong academics, and an enthusiasm for business development is essential. A following is not required, but this is a hands on role and interested candidates must have the desire to get involved in business development initiatives with the team.

This is an excellent opportunity with a Lancashire firm - a base in Lancashire or close connections are essential.
