This is an unusual opportunity. Our clients is a primarily a Property, Private Client and Litigation practice based in the London/Essex border areas of Epping/Loughton. They are located in beautiful historic premises with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside - a very peaceful base yet only five minutes drive from the amenities of nearby Epping in one direction and Loughton in the other. They are looking to expand and grow their offering. WHAT? The firm advises individuals and small, medium and large companies on all aspects of residential and commercial property, wills trusts and probate and civil/commercial litigation including fraud. The firm has plenty of space at their premises and is looking to expand. They have a unique business model and offers an exit strategy to partners, sole practitioners or small firms seeking to wind down their practice either now or over a number of years. Attractive run-off terms in the short and medium term with full office, administrative and operational support are available. Our client has already entered into such arrangements with partners with their own practice and they have proved to be successful and mutually beneficial to both parties.
