Commercial Property Solicitor Required!!

Our Client, a well established high street firm law based in Chelmsford, Essex is seeking a commercial property solicitor to assist the senior partner within their busy / reputable department.

Ideal candidates will be qualified as a solicitor and have at least 18 months post qualified experience within Commercial Property Law. Candidates that have dealt with a mixture of commercial and residential property will be considered although they must have dealt with all aspects of Commercial work including; Leases, Tenancy Agreements, Sales and Purchases.
