Commercial Property Solicitor-Essex-£45k-£55k.
Our client is a highly respected Essex law firm with a Commercial Property department with an excellent reputation.
They have a vacancy for a commercial property solicitor with a minimum of two years recent relevant experience of dealing with a broad range of the property market place and a strong academic background.
The type of projects our client will be involved with include:-
Commercial freeholds and leaseholds for clients' own use.
Town centre re-development for retail clients
Site assembly for developers
Some Golf courses, hotels and other leisure related developments
Portfolio management for companies, trusts and pension schemes
and a range of new build projects.
The ideal candidate Will have been working for a regional or a London law firm, perhaps gained a few years experience and looking to establish yourself as a key player in a new working environment.
