Commercial Property Solicitor £40k-£45k-Essex
Our client is a highly respected regional Essex Law Firm which has a vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor, perhaps with some Company Commercial skills.
You will be working within a team of two lawyers, one assistant and two secretaries. You will deal with a commercial property portfolio. A candidate who has experience of commercial law and would like to practice in this discipline as well (with training) as commercial property will be considered.
Person Profile
Team player; confident; flexible; supportive; personable; energetic; committed to the development of their career.
Circa 3 years' recent relevant experience together with good personal skills.
Skills
Business minded; good management skills; keen interest in development of others; excellent marketing skills; enjoys contact with clients and developing business/client relations of mutual value.
Qualification/Interests/Skills
Solicitor with solid grounding in commercial property, able to handle you're own caseload.
Interest in and track record of business development. Outside interests essential.
Job Role
You will be a member of the commercial department. You will be able to handle all types of commercial property.
The firm believes in investing in development of professional skills and competences such as leadership.
Having been in existence for the last 70 years the firm has a strong existing client base. Client care and service levels are already at a high level.
