Commercial Property Solicitor £40k-£45k-Essex.
Highly respected Essex law firm with a strong Commercial Property team.
Our client is looking for an additional Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 4-5 years recent relevant experience to join and expand a busy Commercial Property team.
The work includes all aspects of commercial freehold and leasehold conveyancing landlord and tenant and acting for property developers and dealers.
The candidate should have experience of acting in the above areas, be client friendly, computer literate and able to work on their own initiative.
