Commercial Property Solicitor - Essex
Our client is a niche property law firm based in central Essex and they require a commercial property solicitor to join them as part of controlled expansion. They can offer a client base that consists of major financial institutions/lenders and banks.
The successful commercial property solicitor would ideally have experience in secured lending, working with mortgage underwriters and processors, taking security over commercial property of all descriptions and general commercial property matters. Applicant with strong general commercial property experience will also be considered. You will have ideally worked in the same sector for a London or highly regarded regional firm.
