**CONTENTIOUS CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR - IN-HOUSE - EPPING**
Our Client is a Consultancy in-house firm in Construction and they have an exciting new job for a contentious Construction Solicitor. You must have relevant commercial experience and be keen in being a key driver in their business development. There is true scope here for career progression.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in Construction law, especially with awareness and experience of JCT, NEC, and alternative dispute resolution routes, such as mediation, arbitration, and adjudication.
In addition to this, other sectors of law that would be beneficial are Property, Employment, and Environmental law. An additional professional qualification that would be of interest is that of a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Arbitrator or Mediator.
The role will entail fee earning work, presenting training seminars to clients, marketing, and business development. This particular position will be based at their Epping office, with possible meetings in the London office.
