Commercial Property Partner, Sussex - Leading regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Partner to play a leading role within their busy commercial property team in Sussex. The team works on a range of matters including property development and agreements, finance and funding, planning, plot selling and property investment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in dealing with commercial property matters ideally gained within a leading city or regional firm. Your workload will include dealing with a variety of matters including commercial leases, 1954 Act procedures, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties. A proven track record in business development is required for this role, client following would be advantageous.
