Sussex/Kent - this firm has quietly gone about becoming seriously impressive and now have a unique opportunity in this market for a senior property lawyer to secure their future in a rocky market. A pending retirement will result in an opening to take over a strong existing caseload in a region with very little competition and absolutely ripe for further exploitation. You will be a senior property lawyer with excellent client facing skills and a keen interest in business development. You will be looking for a secure opportunity to take on a well developed practice, and become an intrinsic part of the regional business community that you will serve. You will be introduced and supported by the current incumbent to ensure your arrival is a success, following which you will have all the autonomy you need. You will manage a team and run a branch office, as well as getting involved in the strategic development of the firm as a whole. With a turnover approaching £10 million and an open, non-political culture, this highly solvent firm is a gem of a place to work, and on reaching equity remuneration in excess of £250k is within reason. You will be either in the region or looking to move to the region - if you would like to explore this opportunity with a partner who has made the move from the City they would be happy to accommodate this. For a confidential discussion please contact Jonathan Kay on (phone number removed) or (email address removed) . This vacancy is being handled exclusively by Chadwick Nott.
