My client is an award winning firm that has impressed the legal market by the quality of work they win and the stellar clients they retain. The Planning team, which sit s within the Commercial Property Department, provides advice on planning applications and drafting agreements as well as compulsory purchase, environmental assessment and judicial review. Acting for planning authorities, national environment bodies, landowners, developers and companies of all sizes, the team of 5 is made of leading solicitors in the market. This role represents a great opportunity for a planning solicitor willing to get exposure to good quality work, both in the private and public sector. Ideally 1 to 3 years' pqe or equivalent, you will have practiced in a reputable firm working on private sector work and be comfortable drafting documents, including the section 106 agreement. On offer to you is the chance to join an expanding team and develop your career potential. Servicing stellar clients, you will also be given the opportunity to go on secondment, should you wish to do so. Additionally, you will be rewarded with a generous package.
