Job Description
BCL Legal the leading legal recruiter in the Midlands has the following vacancy:
Our client is a large, multi-national organisation based in the Midlands. They are looking to add value to their legal department by inviting a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis. This role will entail managing all legal matters surrounding the organisations existing property portfolio, as well as all matters related to new commercial property ventures in the future. You will be working closely with the business advising on a variety of non-contentious commercial property work including lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals as well as day to day property work. Matters surrounding Commercial Property Development will also play a large part in this role.
Candidates must ideally have worked within an in-house environment as a sole Commercial Property Lawyer, or come from a Private Practice background within a large city or national Law Firm.
