Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Solicitor with a minimum 4+ years PQE in Commercial Property on behalf of a well established client in Solihull in the West Midlands.
The successful applicant will have experience in landlord and tenant work including drafting new leases, advising on existing leases, licence to assign, acquisition of freehold and subject to leasehold properties. The applicants will also have experience in managing their own caseload as well as experience in marketing and team management. First class communication skills, analytical and decision-making making skills are essential.
To succeed in this role, you will be flexible, have a positive attitude to delivering a high quality service and want to be part of the future a continually expanding firm.
