My client is a leading national firm currently looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their busy and expanding Commercial Property team.
Advising a large array of prestigious blue-chip clients, the team enjoys an excellent reputation and long term partnerships with their clients.
Typically, clients include: retailers, leisure operators, developers, occupiers, investors, lenders, landowners and public authorities...
The successful candidate will be exposed to general commercial property work including landlord & tenant matters, acquisitions & disposals and property development but will also be given the opportunity to work extensively on good quality investment work and high value due-diligence.
The ideal candidate will have managed or assisted in the management of quality transactions and complex deals. Operating from a modern and friendly office, the successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with great interpersonal skills. My client is looking for a rising star or indeed a confirmed one!
