Commercial Property Solicitor 1-3 PQE - Derbyshire
THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the Top 50 UK Law firms who specialise in Corporate, Public and Private Law and due to expansion are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join a well established and busy Property division.
THE ROLE……
The position offers a fantastic chance for the right candidate to be involved in a variety of opportunities for client contact, drafting documents and negotiating transactions on a mixture of commercial and residential work.
Specifically the areas of work include development finance, portfolio management, contracting agreements and landlord/tenant issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You should have 1-3 PQE and experience in managing your own caseload of Commercial Property matters.
