Our prestigious multi office law practice requires a motivated Real estate Solicitor. This highly respected company has been rated in the top 100 of the best companies in the UK to work for.
Their East Anglian office manages responsibilities for local and national clients and can be broadly categorised into the following groups: Developers, Occupiers, and Planning.
This position will give exposure to classic real estate work such as sales, purchases, landlord and tenant and complex asset management, for FTSE and national household named clients.
The work involved will be development work and act for clients in acquiring and disposing of sites, and in all associated development matters, as well as representing government agents in major regeneration projects. The team's principal clients are major house builders, development agencies, developers and landowners.
