An excellent opportunity has become available in one of the top firms in Cambridge for a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will be joining a law firm ranked highly in the UK. This particular role will have a focus on Private Sector Development work, but there will be every opportunity to expand the workload.
The team advise on the full Commercial Property remit: acquisitions and disposals, Property investment, Property development, Estate management, Urban regeneration schemes and inward investment, Landlord and tenant issues, Joint ventures and partnerships, Property finance, Town and Country planning, Compulsory purchase, Environmental issues, Public utilities.
You will be fully supported and exposed to complex and high value transactions. Salary packages are highly attractive.
