Job Description

Our Client is a well respected commercial solicitors firm based in Suffolk recognised by Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 as one of the leading firms of solicitors in East Anglia.

They are now looking for a Commercial Property solicitor with sufficient experience to hit the ground running, successful candidates will have a minimum of 4 years PQE  

The department has established clients dealing with a range of work from laboratory projects,acquiring hotels, taking investments especially setting up investments for pension fund purchase, due diligence for company mergers and acquisitions, and every day sales, purchases and lease of buildings for businesses.

The firm is now developing a strong enewable energy client base so candidates will need to have an interest in developing their legal expertise into this area.
