Job Description

Well respected leading regional firm have an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor.

Duties: To provide a high quality of service to clients covering a broad range of commercial property sales, acquisitions and landlord and tenant matters, security and finance. Disposal of individual plots on development sites. Drafting and negotiating commercial property leases for landlords and tenants. Advising on boundary disputes, registration and de-registration of common land.

The firm are seeking a candidate who has good commercial property experience, a strong academic background and keen to market the department.
