A Local Authority in East Anglia requires a Commercial Property Locum to join their busy team for a minimum of twelve months with the possibility of being extended beyond this initial period.
Applicants must be qualified either as a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with extensive Commercial Property experience preferably within a Local Authority.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Handling Landlord and Tenant matters and dealing with Land Registry queries
- Dealing the acquisition of leases and grants of leases
- Drafting advice on Tenancies at Will, Deeds of Surrender and completing Section 25, Section 26 and Section 40 Notices on a regular basis
- Dealing with acquisitions, sales and easements
