Our client is a very well established and highly thought of Essex practice. They currently wish to strengthen the commercial team with the appointment of two additional solicitors from newly qualified upwards to work on a client base that includes Hoteliers and Publicans, Accountants, Surveyors and Barristers, Retail and Wholesale Traders, Local Authorities, Health Authorities, Farmers, Property Developers and Commercial Landlords. Consequently they are looking for lawyers who will be actively involved in acquiring and disposing of a wide variety of types of property on behalf of their clients including farmland, offices, industrial units, development sites, pubs, clubs and hotels.
