Looking to get away from the stress of the City? Our client based in Kendal, is one of North Lancashire’s leading firms with a diverse nationwide client base. Due to long term succession planning, they are seeking a dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding practice.
Acting for clients as diverse as retailers, SME’s and property developers the successful candidate will have experience of dealing with the wide range of property concerns, ranging from acquisition and disposal, landlord and tenant leasework, through to property finance and site assembly.
In addition, the ability to market and business develop is key, as the role is key to the departments future upon the retirement of the Head of Department. As such, a very attractive salary and benefits package, progression prospects and work /life balance are on offer.
