A fantastic new opportunity for a Paralegal or Legal Executive who is seeking to develop their career within a Property Role.
Our client is a well known and respected international law firm with offices in Exeter, they are seeking someone with drive and enthusiasm who is keen to progress their career.
You will be given the opportunity to run your own caseload which will include plot sales, shared ownership schemes, right to buys, residential conveyancing and easements.
They are seeking individuals with previous property experience either from a Commerical Property or Residential Conveyancing background. You should have good knowledge of land registry procedure and be comfortable with the relavant case management systems and search facilities.
