This dynamic leading South West law firm are looking for a full time permanent Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy Commercial Property team at their Exeter office. You should have experience of a wide range of commercial property work including leasehold transactions, acquisition and disposals and property due filigence. You will assist with the provision of services to secured lending and public sector clients and help develop the practice in these areas. You will work in the secured lending team, managing your own files, attending on clients and providing weekly file updates. You should be a strong team player able to cope with handling multiple caseloads. The firm offer a modern, thriving and friendly working environment with an excellent salary and benefits package.
