THE ROLE
Due to an increased work-load, an expansion role has become available for a Licenced Conveyancer or a Legal Executive with extensive and top class Conveyancing and Commercial Property experience. You will be assisting with the delivery of service to existing lending and public sector clients, and will also be expected to proactively contribute to the development of the department as a whole. You will be dealing with your own busy caseload, meeting clients, and providing file updates. This is a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join a successful and supportive team of specialist lawyers.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have at least two years solid Conveyancing experience at a firm of similar calibre. You must also have extensive knowledge and active experience of a wide range of Commercial Property work. You must be client-focussed, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to fit in well to an established and forward thinking team. Candidates must be able to cope well under pressure, prioritise a heavy and varied caseload and meet deadlines.
