COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - DEVON
Our client is a well-established successful practice serving clients throughout the region and beyond in a wide range of matters including personal injury, family, dispute resolution and property.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join the team. The role will comprise Commercial Property and Company Commercial transactional matters. This role will vary on a day-to-day basis therefore will suit candidates seeking to expand their skill-set. It is essential that the appropriate candidate will have a strong background and experience in Commercial property matters. This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced Commercial property solicitor that is looking to develop and expand their career into company commercial matters. This vibrant and self-sufficient firm are looking for a bright and ambitious solicitor to aid in the development of the firm to a new and exciting level of excellence.
You must be either a qualified Solicitor or FILEX with at least 5 years` PQE.
You must have experience in Commercial Property, this is essential.
Company Commercial experience would be advantageous.
You must be a driven and ambitious professional with a desire to achieve.
You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with both clients and colleagues alike.
