Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor sought to provide professional legal services for a range of commercial property clients with regard to site acquisition, development and sales, landlord and tenant matters and property portfolios. The role is based in our client's Exeter office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Undertake work to meet client requirements with regard to a wide range of commercial property matters within established criteria in a professional and timely manner to ensure that agreed deadlines are met
• Work closely with clients to provide professional services with regard to estate management and large leasehold property portfolios that are of the highest standard and meet agreed needs Provide effective, sound and professional advice to clients and internally on commercial property issues to include business sales, acquisitions and mergers.
• Provide legal services to clients whilst maintaining standards associated with Law Society and SRA rules, Lexcel quality and practice management standards
• Establish, encourage and maintain professional working standards within the Commercial Property team.
