A rare new vacancy for strong Commercial Property lawyers looking for a new / better opportunity.
We all know that the property market is pretty tough at the moment and few firms are recruiting and looking to expand their work. This then stands out as not only is this a really good role dealing with some excellent work but this is pretty compelling evidence of this firm's very strong reputation for their Commercial Property work. While other firms may be quiet in their Property teams, this leading Exeter firm is having to further expand their dedicated team as they are so busy with work ranging from site acquisitions, development and sales, landlord and tenant and portfolio management work.
They are ideally looking for someone with perhaps a year or two of good experience but they are fairly flexible as it is much more about the person and their commitment and their ambition.
This is a role working directly with the lead Partner and indeed overall HoD so you will be given every opportunity to work on interesting deals and quickly progress your career.
