A hard working and experienced Solicitor (3-5 yrs PQE) is currently required for a growing Commercial property team in Derby. Salary up to £50k.
The Client: Our client is an efficient and well recognised law firm which was established in the late 1980's. With 8 offices spread throughout the East Midlands they have built up their reputation of being a forward thinking and progressing firm. Although they have been steadily increasing in size their priority is to remain a relaxed culture and ensure all staff are fully satisfied.
The Role: Applications are currently being welcomed from qualified Solicitors who have substantial Commercial Property experience. The successful candidate will be handling their own varied caseload of Commercial Property, including: freehold, landlord & tenant etc. In addition candidates will be working with a wide range of clients including local business, property investors and household names. Ideally the candidate will be proactive and keen to market themselves, progress in the field of Commercial Property and assist in continuing success of department and therefore the firm in general.
A challenging yet rewarding role with the opportunity to earn up to £50k.
